years ago, i attend a seminar held in kuala lumpur. i still remeber the guy was very impress, it's about how he talk.the way he talk and the theory he tried to show us.

what's the most possible thing that we afraid in our lifetime job? it's that we can see no future nor road in front . if you work in same position for more than 5 years, and you know whether you are satisfied or not, let say you absolutely not satisfied but stil have to used same way to go through your life, impossible to have any changes.

after graduate, we tend to tell ourself that 'nvm, i'l learn first, see the situation first'', after all in the beginning was seems so fresh...excite...few years pass by you wil then realise you want more, and the post you are holding might not what you really want! unfortunately, bonus will coming out soon, you tell youself again '' nvm, i'l leave afater take the bonus ''

finally, bonus already in your hand and you've decided to leave, but boss suddenly claims give you higher pay, at this moment you'l tell yourself ''nvm, boss so nice and give me such a good offer may be i can stay first''

but there's something behind you'll never know, after you've decided to stay , boss begin to change ...colleagues have quarrel , everything goes wrong.

at the end ...you'll work for that company for more than 5 years ...till you've used to it and afraid to shift to another field at all....

end up with, you work there forever and ever.
